Payment Policy

Our mobile lab service is currently a self pay rate, meaning payment is due at time of booking or service.

Some of our patients do submit the invoice post appointment to their insurance, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies with insurance policies.

We do accept HSA/FSA cards for payment or you can also submit the invoice post appointment for reimbursement.

The fee for testing your sample(s) is separate and is billed by the laboratory testing your sample. The fee is billed to the insurance that you provide to us at time of service.

After your mobile lab appointment, the mobile phlebotomist will deliver your samples to the laboratory that is in network with your insurance.
